Millcreek Building Company, incorporated in 1978, is a custom and semi-custom residential builder. Millcreek is currently active in new construction in Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills, balancing neighborhood construction and development with infill and custom activity.
Millcreek Building Company has built both condominiums and single family homes along with commercial projects throughout the Southeast Michigan tri-county area. Millcreek's past accomplishments include building in the prestigious Northville Hills Golf Club subdivision, Cherry Hill Village in Canton, Oxford Park in Canton, Applebrooke subdivision in Farmington Hills, as well as the Charleston Club Condominiums in Troy.
